After running some quick numbers, we find some interesting synchronizations, as per usual. This tweet is coming around 10:30 PM local time for me, on 8/13, which means it is already 8/14/19 on the East Coast of North America. It released earlier in the day, around 5 PM, so it was technically 8/14 somewhere in the world at the time.
