I just saw a video about this, and in the video they show a scene from Sam Raimi’s Spider-man 2 flick, where J. Jonah Jameson refers directly to the character “Doctor Strange,” which you can watch here:

So obviously this lead to me check the time in between the two releases, and if there are no delays in Doctor Strange 2, which it doesn’t seem like there will be, then we have some cool alignments, of course:
Marvel Comics was founded when Stan Lee was 16 years 16 days old. Spider-man 2 premiered 6161 days before the upcoming release of Doctor Strange 2, which itself will be released 1666 days after the initial Doctor Strange film premiered. To top it off, Sam Raimi will be at the beautiful age of 61 years 6 months 1 week 6 days old, which lines up perfectly with the fact that when it was announced he would be the director for the upcoming Doctor Strange sequel, he was 60 years 106 days old:
Doctor Strange 2 = 616
Doctor Strange 2 = 161

The day the Doctor Strange sequel is released, Stan Lee will have been for 906 days:

Spider-man 2 premiered on 6/22, and this Doctor Strange sequel will be released a span of 6162 days after that:

Spider-man 2 released when Sam Raimi was 44 years 244 days old, and 124 days before his birthday (also 4 months 2 days). Spider-man 2 released 202 months 14 days before the upcoming sequel of Doctor Strange, which will be released 4 years 204 days after the premier of the first Doctor Strange. Doctor Strange 1 premiered 12 years 114 days after the premier of Spider-man 2. Spider-man 2 released on 42 numerology while Doctor Strange 1 released on 24 numerology. The day before Sam Raimi was born, Stan Lee was 441 months 24 days old. Stan Lee died 14 years 4 months 22 days after the premier of Spider-man 2 (also 14 years 144 days – (Spider-Man = 144)) and 2 years 4 weeks 2 days after the premier of Doctor Strange 1, and 24 months 1 week 1 day after it’s official U.S. release. Of course the sequel to Doctor Strange will be released on the day leaving 240 days in the year. Sam Rami was born 20 years 40 weeks 4 days after Marvel Comics was founded. When it was announced that Raimi would direct the sequel to Doctor Strange, Stan Lee had been dead for 14 months 24 days:

Sam Raimi… The dude known for his chainsaw… Which was included in Spider-man 2:

When it was announced that Raimi would be the director for this upcoming sequel, he was 22,020 days old, which is perfect because Spider-man 2 premiered exactly 202 months 2 weeks before the upcoming release date for Doctor Strange 2:

If Stan Lee were alive, he would be 1180 months 8 days old for the release of Doctor Strange 2, which will be 880 weeks 1 day after the premier of Spider-man 2.

For the release of Doctor Strange 2, Stan Lee would have been exactly 5132 weeks old, while Sam Raimi will be 3210 weeks 5 days old. For the premier of Spider-man 2, Raimi was 2330 weeks 5 days old. On Stan Lee’s last full day alive, he was 5002 weeks 3 days old, and he will have been dead for 2 years 5 months 3 weeks 2 days the day Doctor Strange 2 releases.

Stan died when Marvel Comics was exactly 958 months old:

Riiight… So today is 7/2, or the 7th of February:

In the article they say this was measured yesterday, but we just showed why today is the day this makes headlines.
